[NRVR-Members] NRVR launch 2/4 is a go

Latest weather says Saturday will be the better day for launch. Temps cold
with high in the low 40s. Winds light and variable.

Sunday is forecast to be windier in 10-20 mph winds.

Saturday setup starts st 9am range opens at 10am and will close st 5pm.

Sunday is still on but may be shortened or cancelled based on weather
conditions. I will make the call for Sunday on Saturday night and send
another email.
