Title: Summer Launch Planning Meeting
Hey all.. (for interested members and the board of directors)

We're starting to do planning for a larger scale, multi-club, two day  
summer lunch and need help!  In this dinner meeting we need to being  
nailing down:

-Dates with 2-4 rocket clubs (Tweeks: already reaching out)
-On site motor vendor(s) (Tweeks reaching out)
-Parking Management (Ben? Ham club available?)
-Engage the news/media (All: paper pre-launch article, local TV, + regular  
social media/email channels, + scout troops, etc)
-Create an event flyer (Steve:.. for canvassing schools, campus, CRC,  
Krogers, Hobby store, work places, etc)
-Launch arrangements for food (researching)
-Special arrangements with Kentland? (Kevin?)
-Launch Raffles (?VOLUNTEER for getting us sponsors?)
-Launch fees for MP/HP (thoughts?)
-Eventbrite or Facebook RSVP (free) to get approx head count?

Other thoughts, ideas or volunteers?

Wanted to pull folks together to help solidify the dates and details for  
our proposed big summer rocket launch (in june or july).
