[NRVR-Members] April Two Day Launch

Hello Tweeks.  I spoke with Tom at Contrail Rockets last night and since he retired from something else he is very much in the hybrid motor production unlike others that seem to be virtually out of business.

Do we have any ground support equipment for hybrids.  If not, I am willing to purchase all the GSE needed for use by NRVR if there is enough member interest.  Note that someone is bringing an M motor for April launch and that is impressive.  I will be doing my L1 at April launch.

 being the April LD (Launch Director)?  It's a great
 way to pitch in and help share the load of running
 launches.  I did it for March.. it's not a big
 deal. You're just overseeing that we have coverage for
 each of the duties get done... like:
 
 Be
 the named organizer/overseer for the launch.
 Activate
 the FAA waiver, perform Airport call-ins (opening and
 closing).
 Ensure
 we have people-coverage to reasonably start and conclude the
 full launch event.
