[NRVR-Members] Tracking Beacon/System Reccomendations?

Tangential question, in case anyone knows.
For various reasons, I didn't get the Technician test taken, and, as I
understand it, the question pool changed as of the end of July.
For the most part, I study to understand the material, not just "pass the
test", so should I be looking at a new study guide, or should I take the
plunge?
(Basically, is there significant new material on the "new" test?)
Thanks
