[NRVR-Members] CTI 1 grain failures and CTI "field repair" bulletin

FYI.. I Just saw this on a fbook group:
 
CTI released a bulletin about a month ago regarding 1 grain over-pressure failures related to the built in ignition pellets. If you have any of the motors batches listed, they have a documented field repair to remedy the issue:

Anyone see this in person? I don't have any of these specific 1G motors.
