[NRVR-Members] Doing Fiberglass and vacuum bagging

Bob.. I never got a complete answer from you the other night at B&B before I had to leave... which layers to use for doing an ON-Rocket, tip-to-tip, multi-layer carbon fiber vacuum bag for my 5.5" Black Brant.
I want a glass smooth peel ply, but also want to extract excess epoxy (West Systems), so I assume I need perforated peel?
I THINK I know SOME of the supplies below are close to what I'm looking for..
Perforated, Release Film or Peel-Ply?:

Breather/Bleeder Cloth:

Stretch Bagging Film:

And since I'm sealing it around 1/4 of the fincan at a time.. There was some type of sealing tape/clay stuff (like sticky-tac).. was there a brand or link you can gimme? Or was it their "yellow" or "gray" bagging leak tape?
Also.. if I'm using a shop vac and/or a harbor freight vacuum machine.. what do I need for an interface nipple (or "vacuum breech unit"?)to attach the hose to?
Do you get a good enough seal to have a passive on/off valve above the breech to you don't have to run the vacuum for hours?
Thanks...
Tweeks
p.s. for those who have never seen this done.. it's how you get a super strong, very light fiberglass or carbon fiber fin layup. Here's a video of the mechanics.. though this isn't a tip-to-tip fin job.. it's the same process.
